1. Returns
Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or “Final Sale” items
Return Process
- Contact us at support@dunzesale.com with your order number
- Our team will confirm your return request
- You will receive return shipping instructions
- Send the item back using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer pays for shipping.
2. Refunds
Refund Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect it
- Notify you of approval or rejection
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Refunds typically appear within:
- 3–7 business days for credit/debit cards
- 1–3 business days for mobile money or local payments
- Up to 10 business days for PayPal or international transactions
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Items are not in original condition
- Items are missing parts not due to our error
- Returns requested after 30 days but before 45 days
3. Exchanges
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no cost
- Exchanges for another size or color are possible if available
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before processing
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you must follow the return process
5. International Returns
- International customers must follow the same return procedure
- Customs duties or import taxes are not refundable
- You may be responsible for international return shipping
